Returns & Exchanges

Oscar de la Renta accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that evening wear and sale items may be subject to stricter return windows or final sale conditions as specified at the time of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all original tags, hangers, and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the prepaid UPS return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
